OUR MISSION:

On-Site Engineering & Asphalt, Inc., is a local and family owned General Engineering Contracting firm SPECIALIZING  in Grading, Paving, Underground and Demolition. 

Ken Pinkham (President), has accumulated over 23 years of experience in civil construction while working for established firms in Santa Cruz, Monterey and the Sacramento areas. 

Utilizing this experience and harnessing the knowledge learned from some of the best leaders in the industry, On-Site Engineering & Asphalt, Inc., was established in 2004.
